Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, business or brand name, signup source, referral and campaign information, Blueprint progress, membership tier, billing identifiers, and records of emails sent or interacted with. We do not store complete card details; payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver requested downloads, operate Kapture Academy accounts and subscriptions, save Blueprint progress, provide coaching features, send service confirmations, improve our funnels, and send Kapture tools, lessons, offers, and updates when you have chosen to receive them.

Our lawful bases

We rely on contract or steps taken at your request for paid membership and account services, legitimate interests for operating and improving the service, and consent for optional email marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting access to a paid service.

Who processes information

We use service providers including Google Firebase and Firestore for authentication and records, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery and mailing-list management, and OpenAI for optional AI-assisted coaching. These providers process information only to deliver their respective services.

Retention and security

We keep account and customer records while the relationship is active and for as long as reasonably needed for operational, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe. A minimal suppression record may be retained afterwards so that we continue to respect your choice. Access is restricted and secrets are stored in secured server environments.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to its use. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
